Why does the Center light occasionally change?

The Center light on your Biocore device has two main modes:

Energy-Saving mode: The light may go dark during your study to conserve energy. However, the device is still active and functioning.

Auto wake-up mode: The device automatically detects and displays different status lights.

Here’s what they mean:

  • GREEN BLINKING LIGHT

Your Biocore device is working well! Please wear it as much as you can during the day and while sleeping. You can wear it while showering, but try not to let water spray directly onto the device.
Shower time is also a good chance to charge the device, so it stays ready to use. For the best results, it’s best to wear the device during light activities only.

  • WHITE BLINKING LIGHT - This can mean one of two things:

When you press the Marking button on the device to mark a symptom, it will blink white to notify you that the symptom is being marked.

There is a possible disconnection between your skin and the electrodes. Please ensure the electrodes are pressed securely against your skin. You can also prepare the skin by removing the device, washing and drying the area, or wiping the skin with rubbing alcohol before reapplying new electrodes.

  • BLUE BLINKING LIGHT

The device’s battery is low and needs to be charged. Please remove the Biocore from the electrodes/skin while keeping it powered on to recharge. Once it is fully charged, you can reattach it to the electrodes/skin and continue using it.

  • YELLOW BLINKING LIGHT

The device has encountered internal error(s). Please contact us as soon as possible for support.
